  • You authorize AUKS Finance to share your details with our partner banks/NBFCs for loan/credit card processing.
  • Final approval, terms, and conditions of any loan/credit card are solely decided by the respective bank or NBFC, not AUKS Finance.

4. No Guarantee of Approval:

Submission of an application through our platform does not guarantee loan or credit card approval.

  • Approval, rejection, loan amount, interest rate, and tenure are subject to the bank/NBFC’s policies.
  • AUKS Finance is not liable for any decision made by banks or financial institutions.

5. Fees & Charges:

  • AUKS Finance does not charge customers any hidden fees for using the platform.
  • However, banks/NBFCs may levy processing fees or other charges as per their policies.

6. Limitation of Liability:

  • AUKS Finance shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising between the customer and the bank/NBFC.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service on the website.

7. Privacy & Data Protection:

Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and sharing of data with our partner banks/NBFCs for processing your application.
